COVID-19 Updates

Important Information: COVID-19

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.

We are excited to announce that our office will be re-opening for full time patient care beginning Monday, May 11th, 2020.

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and our staff.

Here are some of the changes that we have implemented:

  • At this time, we ask that all patients stay in their car and call the office to alert us of your arrival. One of our office staff will come out to you before you enter the office, to ask some screening questions and record your temperature with a contactless thermometer. If you have a temp over 100.4 we will not be able to allow you to enter the office, and will need to reschedule your appointment.
  • We ask that only the patient who is receiving care come in the office. We understand that some of our patients require the assistance of a caregiver, and will make an exception for 1 parent/ or caregiver to accompany the patient as necessary.
  • We have hand sanitizer at both the check in and the check out counters. Please utilize them upon arrival and departure. We encourage you to wear a mask to your appointment.
  • You will notice that we have removed all magazines, toys and pens from the reception area.
  • Any paperwork we ask you to complete will be provided to you on a sanitized clipboard and we will give you a new pen to keep.
  • In the clinical areas, you will notice additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) being worn by our providers, and they will ask you to swish with a mouthrinse that has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.
